The Paediatric First Aid course in Dubai is for parents, coaches, caregivers, and nannies to develop basic first aid knowledge, skills, and confidence to respond to the basic medical needs of babies and children.
About the Course:
The course is provided by an internationally accredited & Licensed Paramedic and Basic Life Support Instructor.
Our Classes are done in English and include :
- Video Lectures
- Practical Demonstrations
- Theoretical Discussions
- Hands on practice using mannequins
What Will I learn?
- Child Choking
- Wounds and bleeding
- Minor injuries (cuts, burns, head and eye injuries)
- Assessment of a responsive and unresponsive baby
- Roles and responsibilities of a pediatric first aider
- CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) for Child/Infant
- AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
- Shock
- Anaphylaxis (severe allergic reaction)
- Seizures
- Broken Bones
- Sprains and strains
Upon completion of the course candidates will receive an internationally recognized certificate valid for 2 years.
