The following are included in the Antenatal classes:

The programme is set into four sections viz.

  • Session 4 : 4th Trimester
  • Session 1 : Antenatal Period

  • Session 3 : Postnatal Period

Session 1 – Antenatal Period

Session 2 – Labour and Delivery

  • Rupture of membranes (waters breaking)

  • The Placenta

Session 3 – Postnatal Period

  • Birth to 72 hours

  • Car Seat safety

Session 4 – 4th Trimester

  • Immediately after birth until 12 weeks

You can continue with our Postnatal care services if there are any complications or if you need a night nurse.
